본 연구를 통해 KF80과 KF94 마스크의 사용 횟수별 Penetration과 Pressure Drop을 측정하고, QF(품질계수)값을 분석하여 마스크의 적정한 재사용 횟수를 도출하고자 하였다. 실험 결과, KF94의 분진포집효율이 KF80에 비해 높았으나 Pressure Drop은 KF80과 KF94에서 유의미한 차이가 없었고, KF80의 QF가 KF94에 비해 높았다. KF80마스크가 착용 성능은 좀 더 효율적이나 사용 횟수가 늘어남에 따라 성능 저하가 뚜렷했고, KF94마스크는 사용 횟수에 따라 성능 저하가 별로 없었다. 결론적으로, KF94와 KF80 마스크 모두 2시간씩 4회까지 재사용하여도 성능에는 큰 문제가 없었으나, KF80이 KF94에 비해 전체적 착용 성능은 더 좋다고 볼 수 있다.

This research was purposed to suggest the appropriate reusing number of the KF80 and the KF94 mask. The penetration, pressure drop and quality factor of both masks were measured by Automatic Filter Tester after worn for 0~4 times, 2 hours for one wearing. The aerosol collecting efficiency of KF94 was higher than that of the KF80, while the pressure drop of two kinds of masks did not show apparent difference. The KF80 mask was efficient in terms of wearing performance, however, the degradation of performance was significantly changed. The performance of the KF94 mask didn’t reduce until their f
